Chunky Cat Creations is a trade name of Chunky Cat LLC, an Ohio limited liability company (“we”, “us”). By ordering from chunkycatcreations.com you agree to these terms, along with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

Our products

• Our items are original designs, 3D printed to order in plastic filament. Small variations in color, layer lines and finish are part of the process and aren't defects. Colors on screen may look slightly different in person.
• Our items are decorative collectibles and desk fidgets, not toys for children under 12. Some contain small parts and aren't suitable for children under 3. Keep them away from heat, flames and food use.

Orders and prices

• Prices are in U.S. dollars. Sales tax and shipping are calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.
• Your order is accepted when Stripe confirms your payment. If a price or product was listed in error, or we can't make an item, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
• Multi-item discounts are applied automatically at checkout and can't be combined with other offers unless we say so.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. In-person purchases at shows are also processed through Stripe.

Shipping and returns

We ship by USPS within the United States only. Processing times, shipping charges and free shipping are explained in our Shipping Policy; returns, refunds and cancellations in our Return & Refund Policy.

Custom orders

For custom designs, you confirm that you have the right to use any images, names or ideas you send us. We don't make items based on characters, logos or designs owned by others, and we may decline any custom request.

Our designs

Our designs, photos and site content belong to Chunky Cat LLC. Buying an item doesn't give you the right to copy or reproduce the design.

Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we're not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
