Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship by USPS within the United States only: the 50 states and Washington, D.C. We don't ship internationally, to U.S. territories, or to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses at this time. Checkout only accepts addresses we can ship to.

Processing time

Every piece is 3D printed to order. Orders usually leave us within 3–5 business days after your payment is confirmed. Processing time doesn't include the time USPS takes to deliver your package. Transit times depend on the USPS service and your location, and USPS estimates aren't guaranteed.

Shipping cost

• Shipping is calculated at checkout from our shipping rates for the size of your order. You see the exact amount before you pay.
• Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $75 or more, after any multi-item discounts, ship free. Sales tax and shipping don't count toward the $75.
• Orders with nothing to mail, such as a custom design fee on its own, have no shipping charge.
• Very large orders may be beyond our online rates; checkout will tell you, and you can email us for a shipping quote.

Tracking

When your order ships, we add its USPS tracking number to your order page (the page you see after paying; bookmark it) when tracking is available. You can also email us your order number and we'll send it.

Address problems

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email orders@chunkycatcreations.com right away with your order number. Once a package ships we can't change the address. If USPS returns a package because the address was entered incorrectly, we'll reship it once you pay the new postage.

Lost, damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email orders@chunkycatcreations.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. If tracking shows no progress for 7 days, email us and we'll work with USPS. See our Return & Refund Policy for what happens next.
